The first step is to get in touch by filling out the form on my Contact Me page. I will reach out to arrange a convenient time for us to meet and discuss your current situation and goals. This initial consultation allows you to get to know me and ask any questions about how I work. We will then discuss your options and develop the best plan to meet your needs.
2.I Design a Completely Personal Treatment Plan
Having taken the time to understand your unique needs & goals, I will then develop a plan based on the information you’ve given me.
3.The Sessions are Underway & We are Doing the Work.
In each session, we will discuss the progress you have made and the rapid changes you are noticing. You are learning how to effectively manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Each session builds on these positive changes, reinforcing and strengthening them for long lasting change.
